Very nice decor, clean throughout, beautiful room and friendly staff. The only issue we had was from the first day there was no hot water, this proceeded to be an issue for our entire stay being 2 nights. However I accept this was completely out of the hotels control. We did make our disappointment known and the hotel gave us a partial refund as an apology, for that I commend them. When we return to Paris we will definitely be staying here again. The hotel is in close proximity to the arc de triomphe, and the subway. The beds a very comfortable and we always had a great nights sleep. We didn’t have chance to try the breakfast at the hotel unfortunately.

“Excellent stay”

Really beautifully redone hotel in an excellent area with excellent staff. Super clean. Only downside is rooms are small, but it’s Paris so that is to be expected, at least the space in the room is maximized. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Near to the metro line. Lots of restaurants and shops near by and access to the bus tour which takes you around Paris. Good location. Near to the metro line. Lots of restaurants and shops near by and access to the bus tour which takes you around Paris. When we arrived the floor was dirty and need to be hoovered in our room plus there were several black hairs on the bedding. Staff seemed unbothered although it was changed it felt very awkward. We also kept getting stuck in the shower the door was sticking and one day I was on my own and was stuck for several minutes until I managed to get the seal to give on the door. Room was small and I would say quite basic for a 4 star hotel. Although this seems like a fairly negative review for the price I paid I would probably stay again.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Location is very good in a quiet street with lots of attractions nearby. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Location is very good in a quiet street with lots of attractions nearby. However, the room was tiny (11sqm) in comparison to other 4 stars hotel with the same price, no Nespresso or coffee machine in the single rooms. Bathroom didn’t have a door and this explains how tiny the rooms was. Again, being a constant visitor to Paris, i’ve never encountered such a tiny room at other 4 stars hotels with similar prices. At least with this absurd prices, hotel management should reconsider the room sizes.
