We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was really friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, quiet, and so comfortable, we slept wonderfully each night. It also had such a lovely scent and was always at the perfect temperature, making it even more relaxing. The breakfast is a must-try, it's absolutely delicious and served in a charming, cozy dining area. The location is perfect, while the hotel is in a peaceful area, it's still close to everything. Plus, you get a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower on the way to the hotel. Highly recommend!

lovely hotel, very good breakfast, the hotel is located in a very nice area of Paris, close to metro stations and close to the Tour Eiffel. It is a hidden gem.

“Week end in Paris”
Hotel is a good position, in a quiet place I liked the structure, welcoming. the very nice breakfast room looks like a living room at home with sofas and tables. complete with everything, salty, sweet. I recommend staying in this place for a weekend

“Good and Bad”
Firstly the good points. Very clean modern hotel, with friendly staff, comfortable beds and decent self service breakfast. Now the less good. The bathroom in my bedroom was basically a cupboard - see photo. In order to use the basin you have to open the doors and more or less stand in the bedroom. … more
Firstly the good points. Very clean modern hotel, with friendly staff, comfortable beds and decent self service breakfast. Now the less good. The bathroom in my bedroom was basically a cupboard - see photo. In order to use the basin you have to open the doors and more or less stand in the bedroom. There was absolutely nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom. The organisation at the hotel is an absolute shambles. The hotel seems incapable of dealing with maintenance issues on a timely basis. It took two days to fix the thermostat in one room, in the second room a maintenance issue was not fixed after 4 days. The hotel has installed safes where the batteries cannot be changed without opening the safe. This can only be done when the right staff are available. Thankfully the batteries did not run out just before leaving! As our passports were inside. Also if you dial reception they rarely answer. We arranged a taxi to pick us up the day for our departure, only to find in the morning despite having received a confirmation, that it had not been booked. It was very fortunate that I checked at breakfast time otherwise we would have had a significant problem. Upon check out the bar bill had missed off various items, I pointed this out to them. In summary, a decent hotel but because staffing levels are very low / insufficiently trained, the service is very poor.
