“Great hotel run by a great team”
A group of 5 of us stayed here from 13th-16th March. Emmanuel & the team at the hotel were all great, nothing was too much trouble, although the last 2 days were a bit strange due to all shops, bars & restaurants being told to close by the French government due to Coronavirus. A group of 5 of us stayed here from 13th-16th March. Emmanuel & the team at the hotel were all great, nothing was too much trouble, although the last 2 days were a bit strange due to all shops, bars & restaurants being told to close by the French government due to Coronavirus. The team did their best for us by lending us glasses, cutlery and even buckets of ice to chill our supermarket wine. They kept an eye on the situation for us regarding bus and train timetables making sure we could get to Carcassonne to get home.

Definitely very well located hotel and this is why they charge you more for a room. However, the hotel itself is actually very outdated. Elevator works slowly and loudly. Definitely very well located hotel and this is why they charge you more for a room. However, the hotel itself is actually very outdated. Elevator works slowly and loudly. Bathroom would certaily require some renovation works. They don't provide any sort of vegetables at breakfast - none. In summary, this is not a bad hotel but not good either.
