“Fantastic little hotel,....central location,....spotlessly clean, very friendly and ever so helpful !”

This little hotel was fantastic,....great location, easy access to Gare Matabiau, Joan D'Arc Metro station and most of the must do things in Toulouse were very walkable,....the staff were really friendly and so helpful and great fun,......rooms were clean and tidy and had everything that was needed… more

This little hotel was fantastic,....great location, easy access to Gare Matabiau, Joan D'Arc Metro station and most of the must do things in Toulouse were very walkable,....the staff were really friendly and so helpful and great fun,......rooms were clean and tidy and had everything that was needed for my budget. We did not go for the breakfast option, but it looked good, but fortunately we managed to get plenty of free chocolatines and croissants, alongside the free coffee, after the breakfast guests had finished, as we were pretty late getting up, most days ! Thank you staff at Hotel Innes for making our stay a very enjoyable one !

“Pleasant stay close to the center”

The plus: Location, very close to center (5 min walking), comfy bed, no noise in the room and clean, coffee/tea appliances. The minus: Kinda small room, weird bathroom layout (toilet in a room separated from the rest), TV only with french channels

The location of this hotel is great: just about 8 minutes from Place du Capitole. The front-desk staff was always helpful, courteous, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was definitely too small for two people: no place to open our luggage or to hang our clothes (there was a very short clothes hanging bar); there was no mini bar and the tv was not a smart tv so we couldn't connect our devices to access our platforms. The window blind was broken, and the room was pretty dark as one of our major lamps wasn't working. There is only one elevator that also functions as a service elevator, so it's not very convenient if you are on an upper floor. Not a 4-star hotel experience.

This is s difficult statement and only my view. I enjoyed the hotel for the following reasons:- Brilliant staff in every area of the hotel. The hotel cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was good. There were areas that I will raise which are the reason for average. They are as follows:- For a hotel with 6 floors only 1 lift. My main concern is that as on the 6th floor if lift were to break down no option than to use the stairs. The stairs were extremely tight and a spiral staircase. Very difficult to evacuate if an incident occurred in the hotel and you would not use the lift. If lift failure extremely difficult to transport the luggage to the 6 floor. The seating for breakfast was a very small area. I could envisage a queue at weekends for breakfast. There were only 20 allocated seats for breakfast. I had no issue in obtaining a seat, but an observation. The room was on the cosy side and we slim people . I feel that this maybe an issue with larger people. Finally as stated we enjoyed the hotel but I do think the areas of concern had to be raised.
