We utilized 3 rooms and 1 single was small and plain but other 2 rooms good and all had ac. staff helpful and location by the ramparts excellent for us as easy to get to bus and train stations We will stay again if ever in Avignon again

“Great little traditional French hotel.”

It is located just inside the city walls. Parking is available and only a 10 minute walk to the local station. Note, not the TGV station. The bedrooms are quaint and rustic but clean. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. You can have breakfast in the courtyard. The Downside is you a… more

It is located just inside the city walls. Parking is available and only a 10 minute walk to the local station. Note, not the TGV station. The bedrooms are quaint and rustic but clean. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. You can have breakfast in the courtyard. The Downside is you are slightly out of the centre, and you need to walk along some dark and lonely streets and passages. Great for 2-3 nights.

“Very Nice Hotel in Great Location”

My Grandaughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station and an easy walk to all of Avignon’s sites and restaurants. My Grandaughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station and an easy walk to all of Avignon’s sites and restaurants. We had a ground floor room with 2 beds next to the outdoor patio. The room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was good. Thank you to the hotel staff who were friendly and helpful.

When we arrived at Le Magnan, we were warmly welcomed. Since we had reserved a parking place, the staff immediately provided us with directions. They also offered a quick overview of the old city, which helped us get familiar with the area quite quickly. The room is basic, but for the price we paid, it was as expected. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the TV did not work. On the positive side, our room is located in the garden, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the room has AC, making it an excellent choice for the hot summer in this area. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the friendly staff, serene garden setting, and effective AC made our stay at Le Magnan pleasant.
