A quick stop-over so really not enough time for a full review, however even though I arrived well before check in (I was to ask if they would simply keep my case until I returned after lunch) I was told if I wished to wait for a few moments they would see if a room was available. Yes, there was one - how pleased I was after a dreadful coach journey into Berlin. I had the chance to freshen up before going into the city to spend an afternoon having a look around. My room was comfortable and well equipped, a comfy bed, duvet and pillows, all clean and tidy. All the staff I had contact with were friendly, welcoming, willing to help. Next morning I came down to a busy breakfast but still enough room to find a table. Excellent choice of foods, well run, tables being cleaned as diners left, a great operation. I asked if they would store my case after my check-out, my onward trip was not until almost midnight - the reply: Of course we can. I am certain if I go to Berlin again I certainly would consider staying here once again.

“Good hotel for business trip”
Very good hotel, quite tidy rooms. They have a gym and quite good breakfast. Very close to the main sightseeings of east side of Berlin. Close to the metro and bus stations if you take such types of the transport. They give you a room earlier that the check-in time if they have it ready.

“Berlin marathon stopover”
I would rate the property 4/5 location -closest to public transport ( warschauer stn ) closest to the the Uber arena the place was lively and full of amazing vibe, The hotel has decent breakfast place and malls and super market close , Starbucks was lovely

“Highly recommend”
Very nice hotel, ideally situated near the Uber Arena. Spacious rooms , well equipped bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful . I really couldn’t find anything negative to say about our City Break in Berlin

“Ok hotel but ridiculously priced during Euro 2024”
Just a one night stay for the Euro 2024 final in Berlin. Booked at least six months ahead and prices were definately hiked for the demand. Hotel is ok, nothing spectacular and would be fine if you were doing say a business trip. Room was a little tight and shower a bit old but worked fine. It's a l… more
Just a one night stay for the Euro 2024 final in Berlin. Booked at least six months ahead and prices were definately hiked for the demand. Hotel is ok, nothing spectacular and would be fine if you were doing say a business trip. Room was a little tight and shower a bit old but worked fine. It's a little walk to the tram into central Berlin but it only takes a few minutes. Nothing significantly wrong with the hotel but the price thsi time was very high for what you get. At normal rates, it's probably a decent place to stay.
