“Great choice”
This is a wonderful hotel. It is bright and clean. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is air conditioning which is a major plus in the summertime. Underground parking is very convenient. The breakfast is first class. A mixture of German, English and American. Coffee is especially good.

“Good place for stay in Pulheim”
The hotel is near to tram station and have good connectivity. The locality is very good and good place to stroll around. The breakfast was okay for Indians. The rooms are good and clean. It has an open restaurant perfect for a beer in the evening

“Spacious room, nice breakfast, perfect location”
Booked a 2-person room. Room was surprisingly big, with a spacious bathroom. Nothing too fancy, but everything you'd need was available, clean and modern. Good bed and pillows. Nice breakfast as well, much choice and a nice place to eat with a view on the garden. Can't comment on the price as I boo… more

“A bit of a weird experience with Front Desk.”
First of all, the hotel has changed their name, but outside there was no indication of the new name, so we were not sure if we are at the right place. First of all, the hotel has changed their name, but outside there was no indication of the new name, so we were not sure if we are at the right place. We called the hotel asking about it and also to find out where to park at which the front desk person replied they are an avid cyclist and they would not know. Which of your guests arrive by bike? Secondly, after we arrived, they could not find out booking and while we waiting they said "don't worry i will get you a room, but it will take longer than i would have had it". As a guest i am not really interested to hear what you would like or not. The next day we asked about the free parking outside, which was mentioned to us before to which same Front desk person replied again the same that they are an avid cyclist and they don't know. I am a guest at your hotel, even if you don't know, you should try to find out. The restaurant was nice and breakfast choices were nice. Not sure why everyone got a pot with filtered coffee on their table if there was a coffee machine. Maybe they should just ask which coffees we would like. Rooms a bit outdated, but clean and nice. A USB socket would be a bit helpful. Internet worked in rooms, but dropped from time to time.

“Comfortable hotel”
Comfortable hotel. Nice spacious room with tea and coffee making facilities via a Tassimo coffee machine. Room had nice big opening windows to get lots of fresh air, and a decent size shower. Breakfast was fine.
