On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Overnight airport stay”
Lovely little hotel. When leaving train station turn left for hotel. Very close to airport. We used free shuttle bus but is only a short walk to airport. No tea or coffee in room but eater provided. Would defiantly stay again

“Great next-to-the-airport value hotel”
Clean, pleasant, nice breakfast, free shuttle to the airport -- all at a terrific price. I stayed 2 nights and hopped on the U to get into Hamburg (27 min ride). Very easy. It is an old hotel so you can hear doors shutting and showers running but that did not bother me. For the price -- I give it… more

The hotel is located at 10 minutes walk of Hamburg airport. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Rooms are fine for one or two nights. Rather basic. Clean and convenient airport hotel for a 1 night stay. There's a complimentary shuttle from airport to the Courtyard Marriott next door which guests can use. Use the complimentary phone at the tourist info in the airport. Hotel reception check-in was fast and professional. Room space was adequate though with no air-conditioning nor fan during the summer, it can get quite warm in the room. Free wifi was provided.
