“Like coming home”
Great place, nice and friendly staff, a little away from the busy streets, in the middle of a forest,but still near enough to the motor way. Great view over the city of Trier. Super breakfast buffet. Really value for money. Highly recommended.

“A very nice hotel”
The location is great in the mountains around the city, but 10 minutes by car from the center. Very quiet with great views. Nice and spacious rooms, some overlooking the city. Breakfast is great with a large variety. Excellent place for visiting the city and the area.

“Great for families ”
We were pleasently surprised. Last minute booking but what a view of Trier. It was perfect for our family of 5, our room was right next to the playground. Big rooms. Very nice view during breakfast. Walking trails all around.

We stayed here as a stopover to Switzerland and we were delighted with the hotel. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, as were the waiters and waitresses both at dinner and breakfast. The breakfast which they offer at €6 was fantastic value for money with hot and cold options (breads, cheese, yoghurts, meats, fruit, croissant, cake, bacon sausage and eggs). We also ate at the restaurant at night, the meal was absolutely delicious. My husband had the schnitzel and I the game with dumplings which was a soft tender meat in a rich gravy. We both had the apple strudel dessert again delicious. We would definitely stay here again. The internet signal is a little poor in the rooms is the only negative.

We stayed there for two nights and made a great experience. First of all we enjoyed that there are plenty of parking slots which are included in hotel price. So when coming back at late evening from any excursion you don't have to worry about where to park your car AND no extra fee is charged. Make sure when making your reservation you have a car because you're up the hill and it's quite a distance to Trier center. But because of its location you have a stunning view from the rooms to Trier. We enjoyed that, day and night. The rooms could be more modern, but it was all clean, with tv, well working wifi, safe and your own bathroom. To darken the room there are curtains which is working well. Breakfast is noch included but can be booked separately for only 5€ per person and day. It is served in the restaurant which also has a beautiful view over Trier. Breakfast comes with plenty of options, you can choose whatever you want. Included are also hot drinks which is very pricey.
