“Great time in and around the Vermeer apartment”
My wife and I had a great time in the Vermeer apartment. My wife and I had a great time in the Vermeer apartment. It has a beautiful view of the canal, is very quiet, and is easy walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, and tram lines, all of which we took advantage of. Christel (staff) was flexible and helpful both before and during our arrival and during our stay and departure. (We communicated both by WhatsApp and in person.) Some logistical notes for the Vermeer unit in particular: * You access the apartment by going down a few outside steps from sidewalk level, then down a hallway, and then up around 5-10 steps inside. Nothing too strenuous but I figure people might want to know. (Some other units are even more steps up.) * Accessing the second bedroom is by around 10 steps inside the unit on a staircase that is somewhat steep compared with what's typical in the US. * What appeared to us to be an only microwave oven is in fact a combination microwave and convection oven. (We ended up using only the microwave function.)

“Our Amsterdam Adventure!”
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. I actually cooked most evenings and found the kitchen well stocked. It even had a coffee pot along with a Nespresso. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. I actually cooked most evenings and found the kitchen well stocked. It even had a coffee pot along with a Nespresso. It was an easy walk to all areas of the center city. The location was quiet and we heard no noise from the apartments above us. The bed was comfortable as was the new couch. The garden was lovely even in November. The only complaint would be for more hooks to hang our clothes and a ledge above the bed for glasses and eye drops. Our weather ranged from sleet to sunny to rain. We were well prepared for all types of weather and the Jeroen Bosch apartment which was perfect for two 73-81 seniors. We had an amazing week before our Grand European River Cruise.

“Lovely ambience and views in Amsterdam!”
Vermeer is one of my favorite painters and his paintings adorned the apartment. Apartment was spotless, central to where my meetings and film screenings were being held so what a plus. Will definitely book the apartment again for IDFA 2025.

“Very clean and in a great location.”
The place was very clean and in a great location. Coffee pods and snacks were a great touch. Very comfy bed in the master bedroom. The bedrooms upstairs were cozy, however the twin beds pushed together were not so great for an adult. The bathroom was very nice with two sinks and large tub/ shower.
