We was here last year at the same time , and The hotel is still amazing , the rooms are very clean and the furniture is new , the all stuff are very kind and helpful specially Leo ,suppatra and ofcourse mr.Alex , they care to be everything is beyond perfect for my anniversary, also the breakfst is just amazing and delicious, the coffe is free all the day Also the hotel is near to metro anout 5 minutes walking and ofcourse i will be back again and again

Amazing and clean hotel with an AMAZING breakfast, 24-7 coffee and bar, EXCELLENT location that is the perfect distance from the tram, Metro and the hilights of Amsterdam. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. I will 100% be staying here for every trip to Amsterdam.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. We got a printed list of many different recommendations for food to try during our stay. Every morning the breakfast spread was amazing, the ladies cooking eggs & pancakes were so sweet and I made so many coffees from their machine in the lobby. Our group spent plenty of nights just sitting in the cute lobby having drinks and chatting. The cleaning staff was exceptional. Even with our mess of things in the room from our long 10 day stay our room & bathroom was cleaned daily. Our rooms were perfect for groups of 3 and it never felt too loud at night going to sleep. I loved opening my window at night and looking out. I felt like the location was perfect to get to anything we wanted to do in the city with a Metro stop and multiple tram stops within walking distance. The owner Alex is so personable and at one point a worker even helped a member of our trip book a doctor's appointment because she had a horrible cold. If I am ever back in Amsterdam, I will absolutely be booking my stay here again! Thank you to the entire staff!

“Clean, cozy, chic, and perfect!”
Everything about Hotel Nicolaas Witsen made our experience in Amsterdam even better! The staff are friendly, professional, welcoming, and exceptional. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is always fresh and delicious. We could not have asked for more!

I would gladly recommend Hotel Nicolaas Witsen. One of the best hotel i've ever stayed in Europe. Both for the location and value for money wise. The staff were efficient, warm and friendly. I’m mentioning from the owner, to the manager, down to all the receptionist and specially the lady in the kitchen and of course to all the cleaning staff - I/we do appreciate their way to make our stay extremely comfortable. Also with its prime location, you’re only steps away from museums, quirky shops, local eateries, and the dynamic street life that makes your stay even more enjoyable. I hope this review convinced to why staying in Hotel Nicolaas Witsen is an excellent idea.
