“Great Stay!”
We had a great stay starting from the moment we arrived - the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay starting from the moment we arrived - the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, really accessible and walkable to the main attractions, it’s set a street back from Museumplein but so quiet and peaceful. We had a small size room on the 5th floor, but it wasn’t too small and ideal for the two of us for our three night stay and had great views over the rooftops. This is a great concept with everything included - breakfast, snacks, coffee, wine, beer….. We would definitely recommend to friends and family 😃

“Felt right at home”
We stayed in the Jan Luyken near the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum and felt right at home. Light breakfast/snacks, coffee, tea, wine and beer were readily available. We followed another traveler’s advice and asked for a room not on the main floor for quieter environment and ability to open the window.

“PRETTIEST hotel ever”
PRETTIEST hotel ever. Went with my bestie and it was a really cute place to stay for our trip. Great location. Incredibly friendly staff. Super cool open concept. Spent a lot of time in the common areas. Breakfast was so good everyday. Loved, loved, loved.

“Wonderful staff and beautiful decor and very good location. What else would one need? need?”
The staff were extremely attentive. When told that my husband could not walk upstairs and the elevator was out of order, they gave us an upgrade on ground level. The room was lovely. Close by was a dining area where snacks and beverages were available 24/7.

“Overall good experience, but small rooms”
Great location, friendly staff and lovely extras like the complimentary snacks and drinks. The only negative was the size of our room. This probably isn’t an issue if you book a medium. We booked a ‘small’ but it seemed to be more like a ‘snug’ - there was no space around the bed and it wasn’t a fu… more
Great location, friendly staff and lovely extras like the complimentary snacks and drinks. The only negative was the size of our room. This probably isn’t an issue if you book a medium. We booked a ‘small’ but it seemed to be more like a ‘snug’ - there was no space around the bed and it wasn’t a full sized shower. There was only a ‘porthole’ type window which you couldn’t see out of. As everything else was good, I would still recommend.
