“What a wonderful stay!”
What a wonderful stay! Fantastic location and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a great view of the canals. What a wonderful stay! Fantastic location and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a great view of the canals. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Front or house staff were very welcoming and the concierge were very helpful indeed. Breakfast was very nice and the food in Vic's bar was delicious.

“Great location and lovely staff”
My husband and son stayed here to go to an Ajax tour and match. It is in the perfect location for the Eurostar and metro. The room was lovely and clean and had everything they needed. My husband and son stayed here to go to an Ajax tour and match. It is in the perfect location for the Eurostar and metro. The room was lovely and clean and had everything they needed. They made the most of the beautiful pool too. The staff were just so lovely. Berto recommended a museum and even booked it for them and he also gave them an umbrella in case it rained. We will definitely be staying here again when we go to Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend.

“We want to come back!”
The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay. The spa facilities were excellent, offering a truly relaxing experience. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area.

“Graet Place in Amsterdam”
One of the best hotels that i have ever visited. It's located in the greatest zone in Amsterdam in front of Metro station. Rooms are modern and very clean. The kitchen really nice and Various dishes. I will never forget Mis. Fatima in the kitchen the one ho helps every body with a bog smile.

The location is good, lots of cafes and restaurants around you, train station very close and many attractive landmarks too. It can get very busy outside in holiday seasons . Staff very helpful and polite , they will find solutions and be at your service when needed . Room: fairly clean, had to ask to change bed sheets from entering the room first day it had stains . We were welcomed with pieces of stroopwafles which was nice . Room cleaning was not good first 2 days but when I spoke to the front desk that was sorted and got very good cleaning for the rest of the stay. Room service : I don’t know why you get charged “ tray fees “ , it’s a regulation I’ve noticed in some European countries as well as only getting free bottled/tap water once in your stay then you have to pay for it. So better buy you water and stock. Unfortunately you don’t get to reach the hotel’s door by car unless it’s a taxi that the hotel themselves booked for you! Keep that in mind when you arrive so that you have to pull your luggage across wherever the taxi can drop you near their door . I felt that was completely inconvenient and should be re looked at. Hotel is situated in a busy area so at night might get very noisy from outside narrow streets if it was a weekend or in festive seasons . Another cons is that at front door its only stairs , no proper ramp or access to make pulling your bags easy, and not always there is someone to help you with it. Even baby stroller you have to lift it up those stairs.
