“Very comfortable friendly hotel”
Lovely welcome, very friendly staff in every department. Rooms exactly as described on the website, very comfortable and nice to have a bath. Lovely welcome, very friendly staff in every department. Rooms exactly as described on the website, very comfortable and nice to have a bath. Pool small but adequate and we had 2 treatments which were very good and relaxing. Sky bar music and cocktails fun. An easy quick 20 minute tram ride into central Amsterdam. We would definitely stay again.

“New year 2025”
Everything was amazing will definitely return to this hotel when visiting Amsterdam in the future. Location is 30 minutes from centre but what was appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bicycle hire is a must do. Thank you!

“Excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel which is very convenient to both the airport and the city centre as there are plenty of transport links. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Staff wee very friendly and helpful too. I am very happy to recommend this hotel

The hotel is in a good location if you need to be in the area, and the breakfast is good with a variety of options to choose from. The staff are friendly.

We stayed for New Year 2024 into 2025 and had a really great break! All reception staff were more than accommodating and were super friendly. The room was spacious and as expected. Breakfast was included in our room price was delicious with plenty of choice and again, restaurant staff were really lovely. The only issue we had was that the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly as we found half a smoked joint behind the kettle, rubbish from previous people in the ice bucket (empty milk cartons, sugar packets etc), half a bottle of previously opened water in the fridge and the telephone didn’t work which we only noticed on our last night as we tried to call to reception for room service. This didn’t affect our stay but is more of an issue we wanted to raise, and did, with staff to ensure it doesn’t happen next time! Apologies were given and accepted and definitely still worth 4*. The location is ideal and only 1 or 2 trams away from the centre (either the 17 which takes you close or number 1 then switch to number 2 which takes you right into the centre). The trams were super easy to use and the tram stop was 5 minute walk from the hotel. On New Year’s Eve we had to walk back from museumplein as there was no public transport and it was no issue to get back, infact it was a lovely walk and we felt very safe around the area. We had a wonderful massage on New Year’s Day when the weather was atrocious and it was one of the best I’ve had. This also included a 10% discount as we stayed over 2 nights which was great & even without discount, prices were very reasonable. We didn’t use the pool/sauna so cannot comment on them but wellness staff were again, fabulous. Overall would recommend this hotel & we would stay again if we were to come back to Amsterdam (which I’m sure will be soon as we loved it so much!) Thank you for a lovely stay!
