I stayed at XO INFINITY HOTEL with a friend and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is incredibly advanced in terms of technology and impeccably clean, with daily cleaning available upon request. Our room was equipped with a coffee machine and a tea machine, contributing to a very calm and warm atmosphere. The reception area features various machines for food and drinks, which was convenient. The welcoming and service were satisfactory. While the location is somewhat far from Amsterdam's center, the surrounding area is bustling with many stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. However, the hotel lacked a designated smoking area and a terrace for relaxation. These additions would enhance the overall guest experience.

Our stay here was okay. The room was small but still an okay size for 2 people. The beds in my opinion where comfortable and clean but the pillows where abit meh. There was a coffee machine included which didn’t come with a lid and looked like it had never been cleaned. The wall has a suspicious stain on it as well. Now for the really bad, THE SHOWER. I have never had so much stress in my life over a shower. It didn’t drain whatsoever and on one of the days it was so bad it ended up flooding the whole floor and we had to use all our towels to get it to stop. We ended up leaving the towels in the shower but they never got collected, just left there to rot. In retrospect we should have told this to the front desk and I’m sure they would have fixed it but we were afraid of being an inconvenience. Still it shouldn’t have been given to someone in that condition. The room service was really lazy, it feels they only came in and made the beds and took out the trash. we had spilt a slight amount of food that had some dust in it on the floor, we cleaned it up but abit was left over. When we came back after room service, it was still there as if they had never vacuumed. The bathroom never got cleaned, and they definitely didn’t vacuum or sweep in there. We also ended up finding someone’s fake nail in there and we don’t want to know where it came from. Sleeping was fine for me, but it was very loud. You could really hear everything going on and across the road they decided to do some road works at about 1 am which was awful. Location wise it’s very convenient to get to the centre as the bus stop is right out infront. It’s a less touristy area which I kind of appreciated.

We had an okay time at XO Hotels Infinity, and most of the positives of our stay were due to the excellent service of Valts, who worked at the front desk. Whenever we had a question or request, from storing our luggage to getting extra towels and toiletries, Valts was always super nice and helpful. He made sure we got everything we needed and told us not to hesitate to come back to him with further requests. He made our stay much more enjoyable. In the first part of our stay, our bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which kicked off our time in Amsterdam on a bad note. Additionally, the walls were paper thin, and we could hear our neighbors talk loudly late into the night. The design of the hotel is not ideal. The hallways are very long and narrow, and if you're unlucky and had a room that was far down the hallway, it would have been a dark and uncomfortable walk to get to your room. While the hotel is not in the centrum, it was still fairly convenient. We appreciated having easy access to several grocery stores, and it was easy to catch the bus or tram to get into more central areas. Overall, we expected more for the price we paid, but it did serve the purpose of giving us a place to stay with an easy commute to the main attractions.
