I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I had a fall and fractured my foot. I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I had a fall and fractured my foot. The staff helped me out with everything including first aid, wheel chair, a walking stick and all facilities that I needed. “All staff were polite and helpful with a smiling face..”

Hotel location was convenient. Staff were very helpful. Room and toilet was clean. Breakfast Was good . The only hiccups was the mosquitoes. Once reported housekeeping immediately did pest control and was fine after that. Had a wonderful and restful stay at Axcord. I would like to take this opportunity to thank housekeeping Kanniyappan . He was a very hardworking guy who reallly made our stay comfortable. He made sure our room is clean before we return. On top of it he never fail to adorn flowers to Sai Baba’s daily. Which was kept by me in the room. He was always full with smile. Dinesh the driver who picked me up from the airport to hotel was equally good . All the staff were always with smile and greet each time they see us. I would also like to thank reception staff Aaryan,Sonini. Bahvani who is always ready to help. Every other staff from the restaurant ,bar and spa . Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is conveniently situated in T. Nagar. I was at this place from Jan 26th to Feb 8th, except my first night here, I had a great stay overall. When I checked-in the first day around 11 pm, I was given a room on the fifth floor which didn't look like a 5 star hotel, but more of a 3-star hotel… more

The hotel is conveniently situated in T. Nagar. I was at this place from Jan 26th to Feb 8th, except my first night here, I had a great stay overall. When I checked-in the first day around 11 pm, I was given a room on the fifth floor which didn't look like a 5 star hotel, but more of a 3-star hotel room. The room smelled moldy, the bathroom was not as clean, toilet seat was dirty and some mosquitos in the bathtub. The lamp shades were dusty and the room lights were dull. I was very disappointed. However, the next day, when I complained to the Manager Mr. Leela Prasad, he immediately addressed my problem and moved me to a better room on the 8th floor. The interior of the room was in very good condition - neat and clean. From then on, my stay here had been pleasant. Mr. Prasad was very kind and extremely helpful with all of my concerns. Other staffs were also helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. The cleaning service was very good. Breakfast was not included even though my initial confirmation from a third party Priceline listed free breakfast. I showed my initial booking confirmation with free breakfast listed, however they didn't honor it. I was given only 20% discount for dining. One of the great benefits I had was late check-out. The last day, Mr. Prasad had generously extended my check out time which was super helpful. I can not thank him enough for his kind gesture.
