“Always a great stay”

The JW Marriott in Aerocity has become my new favorite hotel. Quality of the hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness, buffet, and the spa top the list of reasons I will stay again. Let's get into the pros. Hotel offers airport pickup(for a fee) easy to arrange by email before arrival and they will be there waiting when you leave the exit doors of the terminal. The hotel has been maintained quite well, has some wear and tear but better than most other hotels I have stayed in and around India. I really liked that most rooms have a separate shower and tub, so it's convenient for all to enjoy. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite, and it was phenomenal with 2 bathrooms, a separate living room area and a massive shower on the primary bathroom. The hotel offers 24 hour restaurant, buffet has limited hours but was always really good and had a variety of local and western dishes. Also had a bar area if you wanted a quick bite of food and a cocktail. Hotel has a coffee shop with pastries, a local store to buy beautiful attire and nice sized gym with sauna. Spa was one of the best I have been to, tried almost all massages and body scrubs. Easy to schedule and there is a salon on property as well offering hair and nail services. Use their concierge service to book tours or rides to the mall or other local attractions. My only few con is the check in/checkout process can take awhile up to 30 minutes or more. No dedicated line for Bonvoy status members and people kept cutting the queue. Also, it's a convention center so the loud music at night can be bothersome if on lower floors or facing the area near the convention center. Minibar wasn't the best either. Overall, it's still a great stay and will be back soon.
