We transitioned from a local fox hotel to this beautiful Balinese-style hotel. The front office manager, Mr. Putu, was incredibly welcoming and made our stay delightful. I wish more five-star hotels had someone like him. We stayed in a villa with a pool, and despite a few rainy days, there were plenty of activities around the hotel. An excellent swimming beach is right in front. I highly recommend this place. My only concern is the quality and speed of food service at the restaurant; they need to improve their offerings. However, the restaurant staff provided excellent service. We will be back.

We have been to this resort previously and had a wonderful time. It's been let go by the recent owners and I think they're on a tight budget. Gardens not as tidy as they once were. No Aussies or English in any of the resorts in Jimbaran bay that we could see. All Europeans. It made for a quiet time there. Rooms were beautiful and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. Beach was clean and great for a swim as was the pool. Pool was warm and had a deep and shallow area. Food was good at the restaurant. I just feel the staff aren't being appreciated by management. ❤️

So many things to like about this hotel. Grand old Balinese style with huge rooms, lovely gardens and pool.and fabulous location right on the beach at Jimbaran. Despite complaints from others about it not being a private beach, there are lounges in the beach fir hotel guests and it was very clean - and locals enjoying it in the late afternoon and evening. It was a quiet and serene location. My big negative was the strong smell of mould in both our rooms - we were only there for 2 nights but I couldn't have handled more with the smell. Room was very clean though but linen could have done with an upgrade. Buffet breakfast also very ordinary for the price. Coffee appalling. And staff very friendly but not very proactive. Very Grand foyer but needed some music and smilier staff to make it more welcoming. However for the price we paid on Agoda it was decent value. It just needs a little love and attention to mould and linen (and coffee machine) to bring it up to speed.
