Where to start… upon arriving at Laguna the staff are very courteous and take great pride in remembering who you are and greeted at every occasion. From the front desk to waitresses to the maintenance team. Big shout out to Maha who was incredible, our very own personal assistant it felt like. He made sure our rooms were satisfactory at all times, luggage was taken care of, taxis if we needed any. Nothing was too much of an issue. Arik was our waitress at dining and breakfast and she made us all feel very welcome. Would defo go back and stay here. We needed more time as 5 nights weren’t enough! We had lagoon access room which was ideal to step out into the pool. They had a number of pools so nowhere was ever crowded. Breakfast / lots of choices, was helpful as wife is vegan. Bali collection (shops and dining) short walk away or free shuttle from hotel Loved it 😊

“Perfect Holiday”

This is not just a hotel, it's really paradise! The whole property is so clean and beautiful, the food is excellent and the staff is outstanding! Special thanks to Intan, Desi, Diah, Mr. Suka, Pak Jack, Agus and Suandi who made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely come back!

Had a wonderful three night stay at this spectacular resort before returning to the USA. Customer service and all staff outstanding. Restaurants and room outstanding as well. I will refer anyone to spend time at this amazing resort. One thing that I keep thinking about upon arrival and my stay…… Arriving late in the evening and being escorted to our room the unforgettable aroma of flowers thru out the hall ways. I noticed diffusers in the elevators with this aroma as well. May I ask what you the name of what you use and the unforgettable scent used as well also where may I purchase? The Laguna provided a wonderful stay for my husband and I on our honeymoon! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our breakfast every morning was delicious with lots of options to choose from every morning. We enjoyed the spacious chairs outside on the beach and poolside. Our room was neatly decorated and cleaned thoroughly. One of the many things we loved about our time here was how walkable the grounds were, beautiful landscaping and walking distance to many great shops and restaurants! Our only two complaints were that there are many cabanas in the outdoor space around the pools and beach that are available to rent for a high price. During our stay, they were almost always completely empty. This seems like a wasted space and amenity for the guests that are already paying so much to stay here. Also the photographer was so good , we got to do the photoshoot with Dreams Studio Bali and Ketut (photographer) was very good in his work and friendly and Mary (host) was so friendly too and organized our photoshoot so well . Overall, we highly recommend The Laguna!
