Our stay at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm and helpful demeanour made us feel special. A special mention to Fauzan at the front desk for hos expectional service and Dewi at the Heavenly Spa for ensuring our experience was nothing but perfect. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in one of our rooms, but the team swiftly reallocated us to new rooms, ensuring our comfort. The Christmas spirit was beautifully maintained throughout our stay with Christmas carols on 24 December. I highly recommend the resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay with family.

“Beautiful West Inn experience”
Bayu is a staff member in West Inn. That young man is a such treasure and has many skills that this hotel benefit from. We were lucky to have him as a sport instructor, tourist guide and cultural and history teacher. Well done Bayu and compliments to all staff of this hotel. Food is delightful!!!

“Great Resort and beautiful Beach”
We stayed at this Resort in December and had a great time. We had issues with renovations, we complained to reception and they moved us to another room. We stayed at this Resort in December and had a great time. We had issues with renovations, we complained to reception and they moved us to another room. The staff in the resort are really nice and provide great service, we receive a letter of apology and fruit in the room, the beach is nice to swim at and not polluted. The beach chairs are very close to each other and so you can't relax if you have noisy neighbors on the chairs next to you. I found the Laguna Resort beach chairs were nicely spaced out, so Westin Resort management should learn from them. The hotel is not far from the Airport and Bali Collection shopping, which has nice restaurant and shopping for everyone, they have pharmacy there and nice Indian restaurant and a restaurant called Nusa. The hotel has 3 pools and they are nice and 1 salt water pool. There are other luxury report along the beach, you can walk to and try the restaurants. The Spa at the hotel is average and expensive, for that price they need more experienced therapist, I don't' mind paying $150 for a 90 minutes massage but it has to be good. The Spa it self is very beautiful and the staff are really nice, they did however made our booking for the wrong time but little mistake can happen. It is a very good resort for family, the resort has a really nice Italian restaurant in called Prego and the chef is amazing we ate there few times and every meal was delicious and it was like we were in Italy, you must try the meatballs which is Chef's mum's recipe and he was very proud of that dish and rightly so. I would definitely go back to the Westin Nusa Dua Resort as the staff is what makes this resort and service is very good.

“Dated rooms.. poor air conditioning.. sleepless nights ”

Sleepless night at the hotel. The air conditioning was not at all effective and me and my family couldn't sleep well the whole night. Not expected from a westin property. We are here to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and this is the last thing I expected especially from a westin resorts property. They were prompt on sending the technician at 5AM .. however he couldn't resolve the issue and suggested that the air-conditioning unit needs cleaning but can be done after 9AM. Really disappointed Rooms are dated.. however the renovation is going on and one of the newly renovated wing will be operational soon as per the hotel staff. Until then I suggest traveller's should avoid this property.
