Just returned from a 12 night stay. Hotel is at the quieter end of Sanur but very easy to get around and we loved it. The hotel lived up the expectations. We had a Club room which also had access to an additional pool and offered a daily afternoon tea, nice treat! The room had everything we needed, a small issue with our shower was resolved immediately. All public areas and pools were well designed and clean. Breakfast was included and the buffet selection was extensive, with eggs and other specialties made to order. We ate at both restaurants, preferred the beach one which had live evening entertainment. All staff we encountered were friendly and efficient, everyone wanted to make your stay special Some improvements were taking place but there was great care taken not to impact anyones stay.

Stopped off for a few days on the way back from Australia. Lovely place, staff friendly and attentive. Not a beach lover but used the pools, that were great. Breakfast was good but slightly limited on choice. We had a ground floor club room that was comfy. A higher room with a balcony would have been better. Swim up bar is nice and fun with happy Hour cocktails.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay of luxury. My room was so spacious, comfortable and a beautiful view of one of the many pools. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing from the breakfast buffet to the other meals on offer. Set by the beach, it also offered many pools to sit beside and swim. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. I just wish I had, had more to stay. Such beautiful grounds and sounds of birds along with watching cheeky squirrels leaping through the trees.

“Excellent resort”
Beautiful resort,very clean lovely friendly staff. Our room was very nice lovely balcony overlooking the pool area.It is so peaceful there.Two weeks wasn't long enough.The beach is very clean no litter.Food and cocktails was good.Cant wait to go back.
