Great villa with very private pool. Lots of space with outdoor living area plus kitchen. Quiet location but still very close to the beach and several good warungs. Maid came daily to clean and also organised pool cleaning and gardening. Like a lot of this style of villa, many of the fixtures and fittings are dated but the unit is very tidy. 4.5/5!

We just returned from 6 nights at the Emerald Villas - we stayed in B17 a three bedroom villa. The villa itself is kept clean and tidy with daily attendance of housekeeping, pool man, gardening etc. The villa is in a good location with a 150m walk to the Main Street Jalan Tamblingan where you can enjoy many restaurants and catch cabs to wherever you are travelling. The villa had all that we needed although needs a little updating. Several areas with water damage/salt damp, shower heads need replacement in main bathrooms and kitchen sink not looking too flash. None of these things impacted our stay. Unfortunately a few dogs around the area that bark at night, and a 3am rooster, but these are all out of control of the villa owners. 24/7 gate security makes you feel secure. Few mozzies around - but mozzie coils out every day to try to help this. Suggest you bring bite cream and/or antihistamines if you stay, to ensure you can overcome any mozzie bites easily. We took our own pool noodles for the pool, makes just floating around and enjoying the water very easy. Fresh drinking water provided as necessary. Washing of 1 outfit per person per day is undertaken as part of your stay ( nice not to come home with washing). Staff are very pleasant and are helpful.

These Villas are positioned in a great location in Sanur. Walking distance to a great restaurant called Sala, a little supermarket across the way, a reputable money changer, a chemist & soooo much more. The beach & the boardwalk is is literally a 10 minute walk too. Our Villa had a fully equipped kitchen, a T.V, a lounge & dining table overlooking our pool! It was very hot sitting outside though. Our bedroom was fully air conditioned, so we slept very well. The staff were wonderful & nothing was too much trouble. 24 hour security as well.

“Beautiful setting, lovely accommodation ”

Lovely venue, clean and maid was wonderful. Only negative was arriving late at night we were hungry and thirsty and nowhere open to get anything so feel they should have made sure there was at least some bread, butter , cheese and juice. Also only a tiny supermarket up the road, other ms way out. C… more

Lovely venue, clean and maid was wonderful. Only negative was arriving late at night we were hungry and thirsty and nowhere open to get anything so feel they should have made sure there was at least some bread, butter , cheese and juice. Also only a tiny supermarket up the road, other ms way out. Could have done with larger dressing tables in rooms and set of drawers. Our villa was starting to look a like it needed upgrading slightly, especially the bathrooms.
