We had a lovely relaxing holiday at The Parigata Resort and Spa. The hotel is very traditional with beautiful gardens overlooking the swimming pool with a water fall flowing into it. The staff greet you every time you come and go with a smile. We love the Balinese traditional theme that the hotel portrays. Breakfast is served to you with a choice of 4 options Indonesian, English, etc all delicious. The Rooms all surround the Pool area and have a balcony which is nice. We can fully recommend the hotel for couples in particular, possibly not a for children to play in. We loved each and every staff member and the gardeners do a wonderful job making the gardens absolutely beautiful, with fish ponds and birds it’s very tranquil and lovely.

Best service ever and great value for money GBP. Central location. 40 plus rooms . Large balcony. TV channels not good compared to UK but expected. Toilets good . Food breakfast amazing. Snacks poolside too. WiFi great. Staff friendly and always visible. From Paul and Kata 308

“A nice experience at Perigata”
We had a fantastic stay at Perigata. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and friendly. We liked the pool very much. A special thanks for the nice treatment on my birthday to all the staff at Perigata. We can warmly recommend Perigata.

The Parramatta Resort and Spa is a great location with access via a small laneway to Sunowa Beach. The Resort itself is more of a traditional style Bolognese hotel Resort. The Resort is only three levels and all rooms face the centrally located Pool The dining room is open air and for breakfast you have a choice of four set menus While the resort is very pleasant it is the staff that make your stay very special. The gentleman’s that looked after and serviced our rooms daily did a remarkable job. The restaurant staff were so accommodating so polite and could not do more for us I would like to make a very special mention to Tina who always went over and beyond to shine very brightly like a beautiful star with her winning smile and her very obliging ways .

Hotel staff are lovely, breakfast is very good, room is nice BUT here we go, the toilet continually flows then when you wish to use it the tank is empty so unable to flush, had maintenance in but still the same, we leared to manipulate the flush handle to stop the flow when not in use, the new shar… more
Hotel staff are lovely, breakfast is very good, room is nice BUT here we go, the toilet continually flows then when you wish to use it the tank is empty so unable to flush, had maintenance in but still the same, we leared to manipulate the flush handle to stop the flow when not in use, the new sharp tv is hard to navigate, only 10 tv channels, mostly Asian programs with 2 English channels, then the pool, very deep no walk in entry, we are seniors with leg problems so we had to avoid the pool, we had to enter other hotel pools in order to have a cool, the air-conditioning is noisy and continually turns off during the night, pool towels not at the pool, you have to collect at the reception, overall we give it 3 stars, will not return
