We have been coming to this hotel for last three years but I have never taken the time to write a review! Simply put, this is a wonderful hotel with great staff, friendly atmosphere but also attention to the details. Breakfast is varied and fresh and Elena is fantastic not only at breakfast but throughout the day. Ludovica , Lara and Alice are fantastic and always helpful. The bar is lovely with a great aperativo and friendly service by Riccardo. We will keep coming back! Thanks you to everyone.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 5 days in early January 2025. Everything about the hotel was simply wonderful. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot!). Everybody we met from the moment we walked in were so kind, warm, helpful and proactive. The room was lovely, the people behind reception were not only welcoming but also very helpful with good advice about the resort, booking restaurants for us etc. the breakfast was amazing with such a lot of variety and really good quality delicious food. The bar. /lounge was comfortable, extensive, the staff were so friendly and approachable. The location is great. There is a free shuttle to the ski lifts and rental shop or it is a 10minute walk (including a very pleasant walk alongside the river). We could not fault it and we will be back! Thank all of you at the hotel for a wonderful stay!

An excellent hotel with excellent indoor and outdoor spa facilities which really was the cherry on top of an excellent week's skiing in Champlouc. The convenient free mini bus to the included ski and boot storage at the bottom of the lift was welcome allowing for a short downhill walk (or bus following a call if you prefer) at the end of the day with several bars and the deli along the way to tempt you... Breakfast was one of the best we have had and we did not miss the lack of an evening meal provision as there are plenty of options in the village that served us well. Also do not underestimate the generous bar snacks when you visit the bar in the evening - almost enough to keep you going. Our room was of a very high standard and the staff could not be more helpful - we will return.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is in a great location in the village with an extra large outdoor hot tub and beautiful indoor spa. The bedrooms are very modern and very clean. Breakfast was really great with many options and the chef preparing eggs/omelettes/waffles/crepes to order was so friendly and attentive. We loved the welcoming smile and tea /coffee choices from Eleana. All the staff here were really great and they ALL made the difference and went above and beyond. They really make your stay perfect. Pre dinner drinks in the bar were served with a tray of savoury delights by Annarita and Federica who were so engaging and they knew our round of drinks after just the first evening. Whilst there was no evening meal option at this hotel there were lovely snacks available to order and we discovered many superb restaurants within walking distance. The shuttle bus was a super service, again nothing was too much trouble. Lara was very informative and helpful both ahead of our arrival and during our stay and looked after all our booking needs and we have already booked to return again next year.
