We stayed here as a family in February as part of a larger group. From the correspondence before our arrival through to our departure, our whole experience was positive. It was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and the hotel were more than happy to arrange extra celebrations for me. The hotel itself is family run and the pride in the business is clearly evident. The buildings are welcoming, well maintained and decorated well. We were housed in the main building in a split level family room with wonderful balcony views of Monte Bianco. All of the rooms within our group were well decorated and had different features such as spa baths, in room bath tubs etc.. we were very happy with our choice of hotel. Breakfast was good with a large choice to satisfy everyone in our group, even the younger ones. Service was friendly and efficient and I cannot fault it. The evenings were enjoyed next to the outdoor fire pit with a pre-dinner Prosecco and the location cannot be faulted. The hotel is in the centre of town, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and within 5 minute walk of the ski cable car. There is a free bus from the bus terminal to Sky way Monte Bianco, again just a five minute walk away. We honestly could not fault this hotel and will most definitely return.

This is a large family run hotel with an annexe, in the middle of Courmayeur. 2 minutes walk from the pedestrianised Via Roma. This is a large family run hotel with an annexe, in the middle of Courmayeur. 2 minutes walk from the pedestrianised Via Roma. There are 2 buildings, the main original hotel and a newer annex across a small access road. There is a tunnel linking them if weather is bad. The main hotel is classic alpine but with a degree of modernity/recent refurbishment. It has a small but well stocked bar. And a pleasant lounge. There is a large lovely breakfast room with great views of the Chetif and main cable. There is easy access from the main road with free parking for about 12 cars and underground parking (reservable) at €20 a day. We had a suite on the top floor, 3 balconies, all with views of the mountains. Lift access. The modern annexe rooms are a bit more spacious. Staff were friendly and fantastic. Mr Berthod makes the tea and coffee in the morning. Best espressos I had all week. Breakfast spread very comprehensive. Our only suggestion - some pictures on the walls of rooms. 10 mins easy walk from main cable car to Plan Checrouit.

Just stayed here for a week of skiing as a family of 5 with two other families, totalling 12 people. The staff are exceptional and went out of their way to help right from the start of booking up to the last day of our holiday. We stayed in rooms on the first floor and all were lovely rooms. Rooms 106 is smaller than the others but still more than adequate. They delivered continental breakfast to the rooms for one family too. The fire pit area outside was a nice touch and greet meeting point and they even served us snacks when we were ordering drinks and sat for a while. The only one thing to be aware of is that the water temperature in the shower is tempremental so watch this with small children as can go from warm to boiling hot or freezing cold. “Lovely in every respect”

We stayed here for two nights to relax during our Tour du Mont Blanc. Really nice staff, perfect central location, a very comfortable room with a view and a superb breakfast with… fresh fruit! We enjoyed the spa and were happy to be able to use a washing machine. Highly recommended!
