“Chill in the mountains ”
A beautiful place for a brunch with family and friends and also Solo !!! Service is great , at the heart of the city , visited twice and loved the place ! Loved the club sandwich 🥪 over there !!! A nice place to relax , loved everything about the hotel

Treated ourselves to a two night stay in the middle of our Tour Mont Blanc hike. Management must do a good job selecting and training staff, because everyone we encountered was attentive, professional, but also comfortable to interact with. Great breakfasts and lovely view from the room. We appreciated the hotels flexibility rescheduling our stay from Covid-year-one. We write this review five months after our stay, but, I believe that the card in the room with the hotel manager's contact info, actually included her mobile phone number.

“Nicest luxury hotel in town center with pool”
I stayed at Grand Hotel Royal e Golf for two nights after combing stages 4 and 5 of my solo self-guided Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) hike. I stayed at Grand Hotel Royal e Golf for two nights after combing stages 4 and 5 of my solo self-guided Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) hike. It was a splurge to breakup staying in basic Refugio accommodations and novelty staying in a luxury hotel while hiking, as I come from the US where we cannot hike between towns. I booked the hotel after arriving a day early. Prior to booking I walked around town checking out hotels, as I wanted a nice hotel in the center of town with a pool. This was the best hotel I could find. Most TMB hikers would probably choose more basic accommodations and I did not fit the normally guest given my hiking apparel. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. I found the hotel had good spa and pool facilities was larger and more extensive than what I had in either of my Chamonix hotels. The breakfast buffet was white table cloth and maybe the most extensive I have seen included with the room and I have traveled to extensively to over 40 countries. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. When I booked my final hotel in Chamonix I was hoping to find one like Grand Hotel Royal e Gol. I would stay here again if I was in Courmayeur and would not think of staying elsewhere.
