“very good location, clean, quiet and comfortable”
We spent 4 days in Villa Giotto. We spent 4 days in Villa Giotto. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen (except there was no microwave although it was included in the presentation). The property is 10 minutes from the bus station to Venice and close to the city center, there are also many shops and good restaurants in the area. It is very quiet and clean and the price is reasonable. Maura was very kind and helpful and gave us useful advice concerning directions and local transportation and she recommended good restaurants in the neighborhood.

“Good location to go to Venice, Padovo and Treviso”
This hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy Venice at a fair price. You need 20 minutes by tram or bus to get there. It's also convenient if you also want to visit Treviso or Padova. My room was very nice and cosy.

“A quiet and confortable place”
I spent some days with my girlfriend in this residence. I spent some days with my girlfriend in this residence. We wanted to find a good place, not so expensive, simply reachable with local public transports and which can serve us as a "logistic base" for our daily excursions to some cities in Veneto Region. Even if we didn't stay so much inside our apartment, I must say that it was wonderful. The kitchen in well-equipped and the bed very confortable. We will choose this place again when we come back to Mestre (hope it will be until the end of this year).
