Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great airport stay, free shuttle”
Needed a place to stage our journeys, choose the Garden Inn from TripAdvisor glad we did. Very good customer service, clean quiet rooms and safety. Price is fair. 24 hours shuttle , free shuttle and breakfast was very very good. Highly recommend!

“Good way to end our vacation”
After a week of sightseeing in Rome and Florence, this was a great stay before our flight home. Very clean, family size rooms, and very friendly staff. Shuttle to the airport was very timely and just an overall good experience for some very tired travelers

The hotel is clearly overpriced for the quality of the room and distance to the airport . But it is ok for one night stay . The shuttle bus from terminal 3 stops right at the door, and it is quite frequent. The room was extremely simple , so 180 euro per night is steep but you don’t have many choices in the proximity of the airport, just another Hilton :) The front office was nice ladies though the checkin process was quite lengthy. We also had the breakfast- really good quality for a 3 star hotel . Note that they charge a fee for parking at the hotel. There is nothing around the hotel so if you want to buy smth you have to go the airport . The hotel charges you even for a dental set ! It is ok to stay at the hotel just for one night.
