“Great Experience”
It was very clean, nice rooms, the staff was top notch. My wife left a suitcase in the parking lot and they help get it ready to be shipped and followed up multiple times to make sure everything worked out. Plus it is very well decorated but again very clean and comfortable .

“Not as the pictures show”
By North American standards I would suggest the room is like a worn Holiday Inn . The bed was comfortable and the tiny shower had lots of hot water. Forget the photographs of the room. Ours was relatively small and dingy. The concierge lady was excellent and very helpful. The short walk to the riv… more
By North American standards I would suggest the room is like a worn Holiday Inn . The bed was comfortable and the tiny shower had lots of hot water. Forget the photographs of the room. Ours was relatively small and dingy. The concierge lady was excellent and very helpful. The short walk to the riverfront and restaurants was nice. Breakfast was included and quite pleasant with good variety. I gave it four stars because it was decent by Italian standards.
