Clean, simple and comfortable rooms in the heart of the ancient city center. The location is super. The rooms are small but equipped with all comforts. The staff is friendly and professional. Very good quality-price ratio. However, you need to know that you have to pay to park your car,at this hotel as everywhere here in Florence, and it doesn't come cheap: 50 euros a day!

“Beyond our expectations”

We had a great stay at ByPillow Goldoni. From the very friendly and helpful staff to the all-new amenities, we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and we were absolutely exhausted and needed sleep. Staff was very understanding and helpful and gave us a room that was available right then. It was quite an upgrade as well! Everything in the room is new, clean and very comfortable. Hairdryer, vertical steamer, mini fridge, everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Location is also fantastic, about 10-15 min away by foot from most landmarks in the city centre. I highly recomand this hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Great value!
