“Fabulous Hotel”
Fantastic hotel in a perfect location, close to everything. Spotlessly clean with very helpful & friendly staff throughout. We had an issue with the room safe that was dealt with immediately & no fuss. Very good selection at breakfast & the bar area is very comfortable. A fantastic stay!

What a great hotel! Location, location - along the beautiful Arno River , two blocks (tops) from the Uffizi. It’s perfect as it’s in a bit quieter area yet so close to everything. The staff here were so welcoming and friendly. Really appreciated the warm hospitality here. The rooms are very comfortable and good sized. Plenty of ventilation. Excellent housekeeping service with chocolates on the bed for turndown service. Our room had a magnificent view (good sized windows ) of the Arno River and Ponte Alle Grazie (bridge). Breakfast was very nice. Good buffet and excellent coffee (made to order). The hotel bar is wonderful- good crowd at night - tasty cocktails. There is a seating area with tables at the front of the hotel - very nice for a drink and people watching. As mentioned , the location is great with plenty of cool shops and restaurants just behind the hotel. There is even one of Florence’s fabled wine windows about a four minute walk away.

“Amazing Hotel!”
Very Beautiful Hotel! This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are all very professional and friendly! The lounge/Bar area is soo comfortable and relaxing, the bar staff very friendly and helpful. The bartender makes Fabulous drinks! Highly recommend this hotel.

“Hotel Balestri stay in November.”
Great place, comfortable. Enjoyed the view but plaza is noisy at night. Stayed 5 nights. Had a lot of fun. Could not unpack, no dresser or drawers, so stuff all over the place. Great breakfast, always willing to call a taxi. Near heart of tourist area, on the river. Recommend.
