I recently stayed at this hotel in Florence, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The location is absolutely fantastic – everything you need is within walking distance. It's close to both the metro and train stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and beyond. The breakfast offered is more than adequate, with a nice selection of items to start your day. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and provides everything you might need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and hassle-free experience in Florence!

We stayed at Palazzo Benci during our girls trip (aka mothers-on-the-run trip) and we enjoyed it sooo much! The rooms were clean and cosy, the bed was very comfy and the breakfasts were abundant. But the best thing about the hotel is definitely its location. It was just a short walk from all major must-sees of Florence (Basilica, Ponte Vecchio, Mercato, ...) and also from amazing bars and restaurants. Our favourite bar with cheap apperol was just opposite the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to be back one day.

My husband and I spent a wonderful long weekend in this wonderful hotel for the second time. The hotel is located in the very center of Florence, in the center of all the sights and restaurants. Since our last visit, the hotel has undergone a complete renovation and I must say that it is the best hotel we have stayed in so far. We also used the time to go on trips around Florence, Fiesole, Siena, Bologna. I recommend it to everyone
