A truly exceptional hotel. Every aspect of the property from the historic ambiance to the period furnishings and hushed tones of the property are what made our stay simply magical. The view from Room 30 literally took our breath away when the door was opened initially. The staff is what sets Loggiato dei Serviti apart from other properties- no request was too much trouble- warmth, graciousness and a guest-focused sense of service create a sense that one has praticalily traveled back through time. We've only returned home in the last 2 weeks and are already discussing how soon we can return to Hotel Loggiato dei Serviti.

A beautiful hotel in the centre of Florence, directly on the Piazza della Santissima Annunziata. It is a historic house with large rooms that are functionally and tastefully furnished with beautiful antiques. One of the few hotels equipped with everything you need for a really comfortable stay, even with two luggage racks in the room! I had the Panoramic Suite on the top floor with a private terrace and a view of the cathedral. Just have in mind that for this room, you have to climb a few steps. The reception staff are extremely competent and very friendly. Everything tip top. A house that can be highly recommended.

“Really enjoyed our stay here !”
A beautiful hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from most of Florence’s major landmarks. From the moment we walked in, all staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and there were also common rooms that could be used :)

Outstanding location, breakfast, bed and a beautiful historical building, but be warned: few modern conveniences (no USB ports, door peephole, ground floor restroom. Elevator for 2 people only.). Outstanding location, breakfast, bed and a beautiful historical building, but be warned: few modern conveniences (no USB ports, door peephole, ground floor restroom. Elevator for 2 people only.). Standard double room is very small and a bit shabby, also very exposed to hallway noise--avoid Rm 20 at all cost. Shower flooded floor due to deteriorated seals. Courteous staff but they basically ignored complaint. Would only stay here again in much higher grade room located far from stairs and elevator.
