“Nothing to complain about”
Staff was very friendly the whole time. The location was good and we liked the breakfast (sweet stuff as usual in Italy). We left our luggage there after check out for free but bear in mind that there is no actual storage, all suitcases are left on reception so if nobody is there, anybody can open … more

“Good location in the city centre”
Nice compromise if you don't want to spend much money but at the some time enjoying to be right in the heart of Florence.
