Everything was perfect. The property enjoys an excellent location, easily accessible on foot, by trolleybus, or at an affordable cost by taxi. The hotel also boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples, which is undoubtedly one of its highlights. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always available, contributing to a truly memorable experience. One minor note: the breakfast offering could be further enriched to better complement the overall experience.

“Great hotel with stunning views”
Stayed in October 2024. Had a balcony room with Stunning views of the bay of Naples, reception staff are very friendly and helpful. restaurant reasonably priced with great food hotel pick up available for lots of tours which was very convenient, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Splendid view towards the Vesuvius”
Splendid view! Easy connections towards the center of the town. Good restaurant! We really can recommend this hotel. (Ask for a room on the 3th or 4 floor for a good view in the room also). Only minor point was the light smell in our bathroom and an old fashioned toilet.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Unbeatable view across the bay to vesuvius. Our only concern was that it was a bit too far from where we wanted to be in the centre; We did use the funicular Line 2 and Line 6 to connect which are very useful but for our purposes it was not quite righ… more
Nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Unbeatable view across the bay to vesuvius. Our only concern was that it was a bit too far from where we wanted to be in the centre; We did use the funicular Line 2 and Line 6 to connect which are very useful but for our purposes it was not quite right. However, he rooms have everything you need and as we booked a balcony room we even managed to get some winter sunshine sitting outside.

Hotel is nice, room had a lovely view of the bay and Versuvius and breakfast is ok. Other positives it’s location is good for your health when the funicular isn’t working aa there are some lovely views (but watch where your walking) and a real sense of achievement getting up the hill. Other positives it’s location is good for your health when the funicular isn’t working aa there are some lovely views (but watch where your walking) and a real sense of achievement getting up the hill. Do ask for direction to the funicular and whether it is working as it is a god send. We also found an absolutely excellent bar situated on a corner that does excellent tapas. But avoid dinner at the Paradiso.The waiter that served us must have been new as not very attentive and a bit rude. However the young waitress was lovely. The chef had an off day as I was served the worst spaghetti vongole ever! Plain spaghetti served with plain clams to the side of the spaghetti! I know I could cook this dish better myself, which is a real pity.However, the trip to the bar round the corner had made up for this.
