We came here in a pre-planned trip over Italy and are very thankful to the staff of the B&B - they make this place special by their attitude, attentiveness and willingness to help. Always going an extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Note the atmosphere straight away when you enter through the big wooden door, go up on an old-fashioned elevator and explore the inside of the inn. Location is fantastic for both transport availability and hiking in the very city centre, noticeably clean and affordable for the price. Some rooms are facing the street and the outlook is adorable. On the other hand, if the window is open it will be quite noisy considering the sirens and frequent bikers, but when closed it's noise proof and the air conditioner in each room will let you relax from the outside heat. The breakfast is a normal continental one although I suggest to agree and taste the freshly made Italian coffee espresso they offer to kick-start your day. Definitely it's the place you want to return to - and I hope one day I'll do.

We really enjoyed our stay here (2 adults, 6 yr old and 1 yr old) - the staff were very helpful and courteous, the breakfast was good, the building was quiet and a little haven from the busy Naples streets with pleasant courtyards. Everything was clean and spotless, with modern furnishings and fittings, plentiful towels. A good location, close to everything and the metro. We loved the old building and the antique lift which worked very well and the hotel keep a pot of 10c coins at the desk for the lift so you can take a few to go down and come back. Hope to come back one day!

“Good location, good staff, a very good B&B!”
It is a very good B&B, located pretty close to the attraction points (within walking distance) and also close to the subway station. Good breakfast, clean room, basically, all you need and expect from a B&B.

The room was average and a little noisy since it faced the street.

“A great option in Naples City Center”
Naples is a beautiful but dirty, graffiti-laced, busy city. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet Italian break, Naples isn’t it, at least not in the city center/port area. Naples is a beautiful but dirty, graffiti-laced, busy city. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet Italian break, Naples isn’t it, at least not in the city center/port area. The B&B Medinaples is in a great location that’s feels as safe as possible in this city. It’s close to the Port, the Spanish Quarter, the historical center, multiple museums, a castle, and lots more. Perfect if you want to be able to walk to everything. A few streets up there’s a commerce street with places like Lush, Sephora, Victoria’s Secret, etc. There are plenty of places to book bus tours, walking tours of the city and Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, Vesuvio. Places on places to eat and drink. It’s not a perfect hotel. The rooms don’t have much of a view, and are sparsely outfitted/decorated. There are some cosmetic flaws, especially in the bathroom. The room doesn’t include a mini fridge or kettle, or coffee and tea in the room. It is not fancy. But it’s secure, the room was clean, beds clean, (but hard), excellent memory foam pillows. Daily maid service and they do a great job. The staff is excellent, the room we had was of a very generous size, the WiFi reached the room and was fast. We weren’t awakened by any street noise, the room is pretty sound-proof to the outside. The breakfast offered is simple: yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, cereals, pastries and some meats and cheese, some small snack bars. We spent 5 days here, me, my husband and our three year old. Literally the only complaints we have are no mini-fridge and no kettle. Otherwise, we are so glad we chose this hotel last minute, after having previously booked someplace sketchy and not centrally located. So no, it’s not a 4or 5 star hotel. But it was perfect for what we needed, and despite the low price, it was not disappointing in any real way. Again, the staff are excellent! A few tips: It’s across from a giant high rise called Ambassador, on Medina, the door is large, arched brown wood. There is no signage. It’s directly adjacent to Fratelli Bufala. Have a 10 cent € with you for the lift. The reception is on the third floor, door on on the left.
