“Excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel, in a great location. We arrived at the hotel early after a flight from JFK, the hotel staff was able to check us in early. Allowing us to recover before exploring Naples. The hotel room was clean and the service in the hotel exceeded our expectations.

“Really nice hotel”
The location was a must...next to everything!the metro station just outside the hotel in a few metres...clean rooms- although ours did not have any view of the castle and we paid a deluxe one.The breakfast was very good and the staff really helpful!I would definitely recommend it!

“Amazing first stay in Naples!”

I stayed at the Mercure Angioino for my first trip to Naples. The staff managed to upgrade me (I am an Accor gold member) although we were in high season, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious, modern and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked marvelously well, which was a bliss in these very hot Summer days! Breakfast was also great, with a lot of choice (especially if you like sweet food). Thanks to the amazing staff for turning my first stay in Naples into an amazing experience, especially to Mary, Diego (reception) and Alessandro (F&B). I’ll be more than happy to stay there again when I come back to Napoli :)

“Some improvements needed but good value for money”
The hotel clearly is a bit dated except for the lobby and part of the room. Bathroom also pretty old. Location is right in the heart of Napoli, staff were friendly and value for money was good. The breakfast could use some improvements in terms of general ambiance and offerings at the buffet.
