“As Expected”
Stayed at their hotels in Milan and Rome and they still very good. Great customer service, clean and spacious room, excellent running water plus an excellent location next to the train and bus stations and good selection on f restaurants around.

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better for exploring Naples and the surrounding area. It’s right next to the main station and a Metro line. The staff on reception on arrival were extremely friendly and welcoming, offering up recommendations for dinner and directions to local attractions. There was also a welcome pack and a few little gifts for our son left in the room which was a nice touch. It felt like a luxury hotel.

The hotel is the nearest building to the Central Station. Like all stations in Italy, there was a considerable security presence which, inevitably, also protects the area outside the entrance to the hotel. We stayed five nights in a spacious, well-furnished room with a balcony and a great view towards Mount Vesuvius (at least when the weather was clear!). We did have a problem finding the room on arrival because, when coming out of the lift, the signage took us in the wrong direction. On our floor this error only seemed to affect room 607, which we had. Service was very good, but breakfast no more than OK - no fresh juice, bread and fruit choices were less extensive than in other hotels, with topping-up not consistent. Unusually for Italy, we were not able to get freshly made black coffee.
