Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.

I stayed here as part of a cycling group, and found the hotel to be very good. I had booked a single room, and was pleased to found I had been allocated a nice double room, with a nice big bathroom, and a fridge. The room was poolside, so opened up to the lovely pool, which I did not use, as it was October, though other members of the group did enjoy it. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good range of food, and the staff were helpful. There was room to keep the bikes on the premises which meant they were available to use in our free time. It was just a short walk into Alberobello and spend some time looking around what is a real amazing little town, I had seen many pictures of truly, but didn't realise that there was a whole town of them, many lining each side of the small roads, just like terraced houses in the UK, but much more picturesque.

“Has old and new sides”
Great new rooms in a new section by the pool, looks great, we were in the old part of the hotel where the rooms were much older and tired. Everything was servicable but urgently needed an update. Did not get to use the pool as it was too cold and windy in May. The welcome, staff help and breakfast was very good. 10 minute walk from the town centre and all the Trulli, follow the crowds from the bus drop off opposite the hotel.

I was quite excited to be staying at the hotel (2 nights as part of an organised tour) due to the pool, however the Hotel didn't live up to expectations. The pool and external areas are very nicely designed and maintained (though unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool) and these seem to be part of a later extension of the hotel, along with the rear accommodation block. Unfortunately our room was on the original Hotel block which was very, very dated. The bedroom furniture was past it's best but serviceable, but I cannot say the same for the bathroom. This had an over-bath shower which could not be angled as the fixings has come away from the wall. The shower screen was ridiculous; it hung limply drooping away from the wall and the end pane of plastic was missing so that it was impossible to take a shower without water spilling onto the floor. I don't think the room was fit to rent in this state. The walls of the room were very thin so we could hear neighbours quite clearly. The door to the balcony was also very poorly fitted, to the extent that I could put my finger between the seal and the door. This prevented any noise from outside being limited, and was very annoying at the time we stayed, when a very loud fairground ride operated until midnight. The hotel is located outside the historic core of the town in a bit of an odd area near what appears to be a council depot. It is okay if you don't mind a bit of a trek into town but I wouldn't want to stay there on my own.
