A wonderful location in the hills above Kelowna, but only 10 minutes from downtown. We found the hosts, Clare and Kelly, so very welcoming with wonderful little extra touches eg. a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The house is lovely with balconies all around. Clare serves wonderful scones and tea on one upon arrival. The pool is a lovely extra on a hot Kelowna summers day. The breakfast is served out on a covered patio and is a gourmet meal! A great place to stay!

“Enjoyable, affordable stay in the Rome suburbs”

Easily accessible on the tram at around £1 a trip from Termini(although, never checked our tickets for whole time we were there) . The owner was helpful from the start, easy directions when you first arrive. You get given a map of how to get around with recommendations of local bars/restaurants, invaluable information. The room was a good size, nice shower and the use of the communal kitchen was handy. The breakfast was selfservice, there was always plenty of pastries, bread, jam etc to set you up for the day. If you like your holiday stays 'less touristy' and 'more local' then stay here.

“Great for first day in Rome”
When flying overnight we always like to have a place reserved for when we arrive with little or no sleep. About B&B is now our "go to" place now in Rome. After you figure out how to use the Trambus leaving from Termini Station (it's found across Via Giovanni to the south of the main front entrance, euro 1.50, buy tickets from the electronic kiosk) it's only a few stops. Enrica gave us great tips on some places to eat, etc., and how to get around the touristy areas. The price is right at about US$70 for a double.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, the owner Enrica is very nice. I would stay here again, only if I stay more nights in Rome, as it's a bit outside of the town, so everywhere you wanted to go you had to take the tram (8-9 stops) to Termini and from there the metro or other buses to other parts of the city. The B&B is actually half of a floor in a building, it seems like a big apartament with shared kitchen and eating area. We liked the room, everything was new, something that was funny in our room, I don't know if in others, between the shower and the room there was a glass, so if you are not a couple, it would be a little weird. They had breakfast, pastries, cereals, we actually didn't eat it, only one morning I took a pastry. But you could use the kitchen to make lunch/ dinner, not our case. The internet was working very good in the rooms. I think you have to tell the host when you arrive, as I don't think she is always there. The neighborhood was ok, supermarket, bank, restaurants around, and very cheap, meaning this is a local zone, not touristic. I would recommend this B&B if you prefer a quite area, as from my experience if you will stay in the Termini area, yes, it would be convenient, but at times not safe and busier, crowded.

“The neighborhood does not do this place justice.”
We got a cab to this place from the airport. The cab driver didn't know where it was but got us there. As we drove up to he B&B we thought No this can't be it. The pics online are so beautiful. This neighborhood looked dirty, unsafe and not like the pics of the place. Sure enough, it was. Regardless of the outside the owner is super sweet. The rooms where clean and very safe. She greeted us with a tour of the place and 3 maps! One of the metro one of Rome city center and one of the neighborhood. The streets where actually not as scry as they looked. The Ac leaked all night which was kind of annoying but we didn't complain because it worked. I just felt bad cause it was making a mess that we cleaned. The breakfast was great. You could help yourself to a little kitchen and eat out side in a little garden or take a tray to your room. The shower was amazing with a rain like head. The bed was nt very comfy but I don't think you can find a comfy bed I Italy. They haven't jumped the memory foam boat yet. ;). Beautiful B&B with a beautiful price. Short train ride to the city center so don't pay the crazy city center prices to get this kind of place. I would absolutely stay again!
