All-Inclusive Regulations in the Balearic Islands…
On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Outstanding”
I can be picky, but this place and the owners are great. Fantastic place, clean rooms, very welcoming. The area is also very nice and it feels like living in Rome as a Roman. There is AC in all rooms, breakfast is good. Simply perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at BB Anni 50 in late April 2018. The beds were very comfortable, continental breakfast in a nice sunny room, and situated on a quiet residential street in an upmarket Roman neighbourhood. There is a local market one block away and many local shops and coffee shops nearby. At the Piazzi Crati you can take the bus to go to the centre (15-20 mins) or walk to the metro (10) mins and take it to go to the centre (10 min ride). Rome is not that big; we've also walked to the centre from this neighbourhood- 45 mins through the lovely Coppedè neighbourhood. You can't beat this value for the money and I would recommend BB Anni 50 if you want to visit Rome without the chaos/noise/high cost of the staying in the centre. Grazie mille di tutto!

Coldest air-conditioning in Rome! Most comfortable beds in Rome! This small B&B is cozy and the staff is very friendly, and eager to please. Circa 50’s styling, takes you back in time. Walking distance to bus stop and dinning and shops. Our travels took us to many hotels in Italy and Asia this year. Many 4-5 star accommodations, at very pricy/touristy locations. This little B&B stood out, due to the fact of the great price, the comfort, and the fact it was in the real world part of Rome, where actually people live and shop. If you did not know where you were going, you would walk right past it. It is in an apartment building, surrounded by shops and apartments in a suburb of Rome. No tourists here! There is a high school, a police station, and real Romans in the neighborhood. The people on the street are very friendly, and if you look like a tourist, immediately stop and ask if you need help, directions, anything. No peddlers trying to sell you stuff. The first thing you will notice is the elevator! It is tiny! If you have lots of luggage, prepare for multiple trips. But it is worth it! The rooms are average size for European standards, but are clean, cozy, and make you feel like you are home. The AC is ICE cold! Colder than any giant hotel we stayed at. And the bed was soft and slept like a personal bed, not a hotel bed. These two things made this little B&B stand out, more than any other stay on our 17-day trip. The staff is very friendly! They serve you breakfast personally, offer assistance on bus passes, places to see etc. They do not speak English, but can understand the basics. Your comfort is their priority, and they really care about you personally. If you want a great deal, don’t want to be in a giant hotel, and want to see how real Romans really live, this is the place! You can walk to restaurants, cafés, the bus stop, shops, and all is for normal residents, not tourists, and priced accordantly. Parking is hard to find, but if this is your first time in Rome, you are in for a shock! The bus system is how to get around, and connects to trains, subways, the entire country. If you are adventurous, want to see the real Rome, and in search for a great deal, this is the place!

“Unique with a nice atmosphere”
Anni50 BB has a nice, unique atmosphere with its individually designed rooms and very friendly staff. I left my ID card in my hotel room and the hosts took it to the airport after me as soon as I phoned them. :)
