Very comfortable stay . The staff were all friendly and attentive. Very good spa and indoor pool . The large outdoor pool looked clean and ready for use but early Febuary so we didnt . Very comfortable stay . The staff were all friendly and attentive. Very good spa and indoor pool . The large outdoor pool looked clean and ready for use but early Febuary so we didnt . The restaurant and piano bar both good value with plenty of choice and great service. Its a little way out of the centre but the shuttle mini bus was frequent and good value and taxis and ubers quickly available .

“My family enjoyed the stay very much.”
Travelled with my parents and we got 2 neighbouring rooms with a connecting door. Rooms were big and quiet probably an advantage of the hotel not being directly in the middle of the centre. Breakfast was good for Italy. Staff was friendly and helpful. One highlight was the Spa which was really good… more

“Retreat”
It was almost perfect if the Mini fridge in the room worked well enough for me to keep my medication in room and I didn’t have to come down to the front desk once in the morning and then in the evening to take the medication to my room and back again to the front desk

Viviana in the bar was very good with us, very bubbly and professional All staff polite and respectful Pianist music could stop a bit earlier.
