I stayed at Hotel D'Este multiple times. As soon as you arrive you are welcomed by the friendly staff that has always been very nice with me and helpful anytime I needed something. The rooms have all the essential, they are clean and I have always found the beds very comfortable. A/C has always been on point as well as hot/cold water in the bathrooms. What I find very relevant about this hotel is its location. It is perfect. From Termini train station it takes less than 10 minutes walk to reach. The Colosseum is just a 15 minutes walk away and the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore is 2 minutes away. Within a 25 minutes walk you can reach Piazza Venezia and the Altare della Patria, so you'll be in the heart of Rome. If you need to use metro, there are 2 metro stops close to the hotel, Termini and Vittorio Emanuele (unfortunately closed while I was there). There is also an ATM machine just on the right of the entrance of the hotel, which turned out to be very useful for me. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family :)

“Excellent hotel and staff !”
Excellent hotel near the train station of Roma Termini. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and gave a sparkle of pure Italian style to our holidays! Excellent continental buffet breakfast. The room was clean, modern, and well furnished! Will come back for sure when we are back in Rome !

Needed somewhere at a reasonable price for three people while we visited the attractions of Rome. This fitted the bill exactly. Room was basic but clean, the shower was a challenge to keep to the right temperature but we managed. Walking distance to most places and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast kept us going all morning, lovely fresh pastries.

“Really good hotel”
Perfect location, very clean and cozy rooms with private bathroom, delicious breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00, the Italian personnel speak different lenguages and they're also very helpful, there's is an elevator for a maximum of 2 peoble. 💯
