This was our 3rd stay at Villa Pinciana over the last 15 years. Quite obviously, we enthusiastically recommend this hotel. Situated beween The US Embassy, and Villa Borghese near Via Veneto. It’s a small comfortable boutique hotel, on an incredibly quiet street with easy access to public transportation to anywhere inside The Aurelian Walls. Over the years the hotel has maintained its high standards throughout each and every stay. However, what truly distinguishes Hotel Pinciana is their incredible staff, friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, helpful, funny yada, yada yada. Everyone, without exception, were absolutely delightful. Okay, the rooms, are spacious, well appointed, clean with comfortable beds. A couple of closing anecdotes: The area is whisper quiet, yes, in central Rome with the singular exception of 10:00 AM on Sunday mornings. (Think the Joe Pesci wake up scenes from My Cousin Vinnie.) The church bells ring for about 5 minutes before quickly returning the neighborhood to its tranquil normal state. Finally, the response of the staff to a snap taxi strike was nothing short of 5* white glove service, Quite simply, this is lovely property with knowledgeable, helpful and attentive staff as you will ever find.

“Great boutique hotel”

This is a really quaint hotel off the beaten track but within walking distance of all of the major tourist attractions. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and a real classical boutique style hotel. This is a really quaint hotel off the beaten track but within walking distance of all of the major tourist attractions. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and a real classical boutique style hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was taken on the terrace in the sun. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you stay here, you have to check out San Marcos for dinner, it calls itself a pizzeria but it’s so much more and just round the corner from the hotel.

“Lovely hotel”

Nice hotel, lovely staff, a good breakfast, and a great location for my planned activity. I especially appreciated the elevator as I'm not keen on climbing stairs these days! My only issue was that the room was much warmer than it needed to be.

“Family Weekend Away”

Recently returned from a stay at this beautiful hotel. I liked that it was a bit away but within walking distance to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Hotel staff were friendly and room adequate with a fridge and mini bar. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
