On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Amazing location in a 'feel at home' hotel”
The best location in Rome adds to everything you need in a hotel: clean, modern bathrooms, nicely decorated and well equipped bedrooms and ready to help staff at all times. A very good breakfast at reasonable cost. A pleasure to stay at when visiting beautiful Rome. Will definitely go back again!

“Excellent spanish steps view and a lovely quiet room”
4th floor, with quaint lift. You wouldn't get a wheelchair in however. Its quiet, air conditioned, with good wi-fi, tea and coffees and a good powerful shower. Large beds and a comfortable room. The lady made us most welcome and we paid the £28 tax and never saw her again as we were out in the town… more

Top place, good value for money.

Excellent location! Apart from that it is a sham. No one is there to ask questions, help, check in/out. Once they have your credit card the communication stops and they never respond to an email. Excellent location! Apart from that it is a sham. No one is there to ask questions, help, check in/out. Once they have your credit card the communication stops and they never respond to an email. The other hotels in the building claim that the place is unlicensed and that they constantly get complaints from guests who have no one to ask questions or to get necessities for thie room so they come to him. They promised to match the internet price and then did not and charged me more than the internet. I have questioned by email for weeks ....no reply! There are plenty of lovely places in the vicinity with the same views but better service and more reasonable prices. They DON'T care AT ALL!! If they are unregistered there would be no insurance, no responsibility no anything?????

“The good and the bad”
Good: very clean and lovely lady runs it. Bad: A/C does not really work, about 74 coolest. No breakfast. Shower water runs over lip And marble slippery. Note: hotel at bottom of steps. Difficult with elderly
