If you want a hotel that's ideally located in Rome, then this place is for you. Whilst it's only about a 5 min walk to the Pantheon, you would have no idea once you're inside. When you enter the main entrance, you're transported to your own private refuge, away from all the noise of the bustling streets. There is multiple court yards, sitting areas, all overflowing with history. I would also like to mention Silvia, who checked us in. I have never had such a thorough check in. After familiarising us with all the properties attributes, she took the time to walk around nearby streets, showing attractions, as well as convenience shops, pharmacies and dining options. Everything that a tourist needs to know, thanks Silvia :D

From the time we made our reservation we were impressed by the staff’s gracious responses to our emails and questions. They gave helpful advice on planning our trip. Airport transfers as requested went easily. Silvia met us upon arrival, checked us in and gave us a tour of the area. It was truly like an old friend showing us around and offering suggestions on things we might want or need. Within a few feet of the accommodation was a pharmacy , a market and dozens of restaurants and shops. All areas and sites in Rome are a 15-20 minute walk away, so the location is perfect. To enter the Novana Gallery Suites you get a key to a large antique wooden door. Once through, you enter a quiet courtyard that houses the rooms and suites- each with a private entrance. You at once feel safe and secure. We had the Michelangelo 1 - an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room and a sitting area along with an outdoor terrace containing a table for dining and a swing. Decor was eclectic, clean and comfortable- decorated with Italian antiques. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet . The apartment offered an escape from the crowds of Rome. Staying at this property lets you live a bit of the Roman lifestyle rather than staying in a sterile hotel room. Staff is readily available at the property, by phone or next door at the owner’s antique/vintage shop. We must disagree with a few posted negative reviews- we always had hot water, the housekeeping was meticulous and the toiletries while not luxurious were adequate. The building was full of elegant character- just like the owners!! Silvia , her husband and Traian were gracious hosts and we were made to feel like family while visiting - no request or question was ignored. Behind the big wooden door is a treasure!!! We will definitely stay there when in Rome again.

“The Perfect Place to Stay in Rome”
These magnificent rooms are spacious, beautiful, and luxurious filled with antiquity. Wonderfully comfortable, beautiful courtyard and patio. The people running the place were great. The location is perfectly central for many of the biggest attractions in Rome.

Location and service that can’t be beat! Our family was blown away by the service at the Navona Gallery! We were part of a larger group with my extended family and we had rented both the Navona Gallery and Navona Garden Suites to stay next to each other in this great central location. We had a great experience with Navona Gallery Suites from day 1. We booked the suites pretty far in advance and they were very accommodating and answered all of our many questions. They also were able to provide us with a pack n’ play for our 1-year-old when we requested it. And while we were there, the service was incredible. Silvia was there often checking in and going over and above with everything. All of the staff of both the Navona Gallery and Garden Suites were easy to communicate with and incredibly helpful. One of my brothers and his wife accidentally got locked out of their room in the evening and the staff came and opened it for them with no hard feelings. They really deserve to be commended for incredible service! Our family of 7 (including 5 kids 1 to 14 years old) stayed in the Michelangelo Suites. We particularly loved Michelangelo Suite 1, with the kitchen and terrace! We had most of our meals out, but had breakfast in and sometimes brought home food to eat outside at the table on our terrace. We also had time for a couple of game/card nights on the terrace as well. Lastly, the location could not have been better. With so many Rome bucket list places within walking distance it was an excellent choice. We were able to walk to the Vatican easily and up to the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese and everywhere in between (with Piazza Navona and the Pantheon/Basilica of Mary and the Martyrs being practically in your backyard). There are also a huge variety of restaurant options literally right outside the door. There was also one of the best gelato shops in Rome not far down the street and a nice little supermarket where we got supplies a few times during our weeklong stay. If you are looking for an excellent, central location for your visit to Rome with five star service, we can highly recommend Navona Gallery Suites (and Navona Garden Suites as well)! Lovely place with lovely people!

Fantastic location right next to Piazza Navona. The suite we had was on the ground floor. It had a hallway and a bedroom with a bathtub in the bedroom. The suite was full of beautiful antique furniture and it had a modern shower room. The welcome from Traiana was excellent. I would definitely want to return to this accommodation. However, our suite had only a very tiny window high up on one wall and no other natural light. So next time I will request a room with some more natural light. Also, on the website there is a photo of a big bowl of fruit and it states that breakfast is served in the property. We were given vouchers for a local cafe. We could either have a croissant or an omelette. There was no other choice. I would probably prefer to not include breakfast and instead choose one of the local cafes for breakfast. Overall the quality of the accommodation was excellent and , as we love this location, we will book again.
