And the best thing is the hotel staff, they are all wonderful. The reception staff, the cafeteria staff, etc. made us feel at home. Without a doubt, I recommend the Hotel Rome Times to anyone who travels to Rome. It was an unforgettable experience.

Room Bathroom has everything you need - toiletries and a great bath and a powerful shower towels and bedding changed everyday stayed on 107 - this room has a balcony which was lovely yes you can hear traffic but you are in a busy city - shut the door / get ear plugs and there is no problem room safe is free tea / coffee provided with a small fridge (hotel stuff in the fridge crisps etc payable as an extra) beds are firm / great pillows and nice crisp white bedding Location is great In the middle of the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain - about 10 mins each way About a 50 min walk from the Vatican City - a cab is under 20 Euros one way and reception can order you one or go direct. Breakfast Staff are great and look after you very well food is varied and very very nice - something for everyone the breakfast room is very nice Only issues we had were - there is a chap on reception who is a little curt and could take a customer service lesson from his female colleague - his attitude was a bit much when simply ask for tourist type help - On 2 days we were not left with any replenished tea bags / coffee or milk pods - not such a problem but both days we were quizzed about had we left the do not disturb sign up? what time did we vacate the room etc? and then on day two they came and asked to checked the tea / coffee station. This may be hotel protocol as explained by the manager but from a customer perspective this level of questioning and checking is overkill for a few tea bags. Perhaps deal with this better in the future - There was no hot water from evening to later on the next day. This was repaired but no showers one morning If if wasn't for the above items i would have scored the hotel excellent

We had a lovely time for my husbands birthday with our 12 & 14 year old children staying at the Rome times hotel for 3 nights. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 1:00pm. We were able to check in and leave our luggage to get out to investigate the sights. When we returned our bags were in our room. We had a junior suite in the annex which is the next door building. The suite had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had been concerned about the previous reviews about the open shower area however there was a privacy screen to close the open entrance to the shower area much to our teenage daughter's relief. We had breakfast at a lovely bakery round the corner. There are lots of lovely family run restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is in a great location less than a 15 min walk from the Termini, Trevi Fountain and Colusseum. We would definitely recommend the hotel and absolutely would stay again next time we visit the Eternal city. Aravderci Rome Times Hotel. 🇮🇹

Excellent hotel, in a great location. Room was ideal, huge comfortable bed. Bathroom was impressive. Only slight downside is WiFi signal was fairly non existent in the room. Breakfast all good with plenty of choice. Lovely staff

We stayed for 4 nights in the annexe part of the hotel and it was just ok. (I think that if you choose not to have breakfast as part of your booking, you're automatically put there). The room was nice - comfortable bed and decent air con, but it had some downsides. We had asked before arriving if there was a coffee machine in the room. We were told yes, there was a 'coffee station'. It was a kettle with instant coffee. The WiFi was very sketchy and the lack of a door between the bedroom and bathroom was weird. (There is a screen to put up but that was annoying). The annexe itself doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel at all. It's a few doors away from the main hotel with no concierge and another business trading from a room downstairs- my husband accidentally walked in on a meeting someone was having! The cleaning trollies and laundry were permanently on display outside our room and we had to ask reception to move a dirty food tray that had been left on the stairs for 2 days. On a plus point, the location of the hotel is unbeatable and the staff are friendly.
