The place is a bit old, but dont let the looks fool you, the owner is really really really really nice, i am still recommending it to everyone. The bed is comfy, everything is clean, location is amazing and the guy is just so helpful. I literally can not find a bad thing to say!

I didn’t realise until we arrived back at the room until midnight.... one phone call and the man in charge was straight down to sort it out and let us into our room. So thankful as we were catching a train the next day at 6am and it could have really killed our vacation missing that train I am ever so grateful and if I ever visit Rome I’ll be sure to stay here Breakfast was nice too. Good people, good service and clean comfortable rooms within walking distance what more do you want!

“Lovely rooms in a great location”
Everything was great with our stay. Upon arrival, the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, telling us the best places to go and giving directions etc. The room was lovely, very nicely decorated and with a huge bathroom. Everything was great and we couldn't have had a better stay.

We have just returned home from a long weekend staying at these fantastic apartments. If you're looking for a real taste of Rome then you've come to the right place. The owner, Danilo, will welcome you to your stay. A lovely guy who not only made us feel very welcome but gave us great advice on where to visit, eat and drink. He also reserved a table for us when we needed him to. The apartment itself was the Colosseum room. Named due to the art work of the Colosseum on the wall. It was large and spacious with fine Italian fixtures and fittings making it a great stay. The cafe bar downstairs, also run by Danilo is where you will be treated to coffee and pastries for breakfast and we often stopped off for a drink here after a long day out seeing the sights of Rome. The apartments are just a 10 minute walk from the Spanish steps, the Trevi Fountain and Barbarini Sq. It is also a short walk from Villa Borghese, a beautiful park of gardens and monuments not known to the average tourist but well worth a visit for the day. We visited here on a Sunday and loved the place so much I chose to propose to my girlfriend here. I would highly recommend Sleep in Rome Ludovisi.
