Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

The host was welcoming and gave us advice and map of sites. Advise requesting his favorites in advance as a few needed prior booking. In addition, he promptly answered questions by text which was invaluable! Room was clean and great: nice bathroom/shower, a/c, closet, mini-fridge. Charming little elevator/lift. Near Metro and bus stops, and we walked from Roma Termini. No full breakfast included but there were a couple of snack gifts (I appreciated the juice, especially) . Went to supermarket, loved the recommended Gelateria Fassi nearby, and we discovered that the salumeria L' Artigiano Del Suino also has delicious takeout! I would recommend Sole e Luna and I would definitely return. Wish we could have stayed more than four nights. Grazie Giordano!

“Very good b&b”
Nice room, very secure, kind host and close to the coliseum and subway. The breakfast included was big, stuffed croissants, coffee machine with variety of coffees, yogurt and cereal, fruit, juice and cookies. I’ll totally recommend it!

We didn't regret choosing this accommodation! It is 10 min drive from the airport. The owner is a very nice person who met us at the airport shortly after our arrival and brought back next day. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near the beach and we had very nice 1 hour walk along the beach in the morning. There is big and comfortable shared dining room with adequate choice of food for breakfast.

Location is great. Nice place near Colosseum, No breakfast. Quite Safe. Close to Metro and walkable to Colosseum; walkable but a little further to Trevi, Spanish steps. Room was clean with enough towels. Nice host, who gave tips for local restaurants and directions. Bed was med/Firm, pillows were firm. Shower is very small, but good strong flow from shower head. There is a "tiny" Kitchen, to store your food in the fridge, make tea or coffee. It is a shared Kitchen. It does have an elevator, the "Tiniest" elevator I have ever seen. My Husband could barely fit in it sideways. It was $150 Aus/night. One of the cheapest we could find in the location. I would call it a "budget hotel". For the price we found it to be very good.

We had a really good stay.the room was clean and serviced every day. Breakfast was fresh croissants every day with coffee machine available. Simon and Laura were very helpful. Location is central to all tourist attractions and services. there is aircon and a fan in the room. The only downside is the central city noise. To be expected in the middle of Rome. Windows are double glazed which helps at night. All said we'd go back again. Kiwi and Pom
