“Conveniently located hotel near bus station Via Tozzi”
We were greeted very warmly by Lorenzo at reception. After he helped us to our room with our luggage and made sure everything was good, we asked him for some restaurant recommendations and he gave us two great options. We were greeted very warmly by Lorenzo at reception. After he helped us to our room with our luggage and made sure everything was good, we asked him for some restaurant recommendations and he gave us two great options. He even called the restaurants and made reservations for us, and emailed us to communicate further details. He went above and beyond to help us. The room was updated since the last time we stayed at the hotel and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good coffee machine making cappuccinos etc. we would happily stay here again!

“Love it!”
We loved everything, our room, all common areas, the parking...my daughter enjoyed so much taking pictures in the different areas. I love the decoration, the painting, furniture. The restaurant is so good not only the food also the atmosphere.

“Charming character full hotel with helpful staff”
This is a fantastic little hotel within easy walking distance of the main city attractions. The staff were super helpful, the room was beautifully cleaned every day and breakfast was fab. The staff were able to easily book us an opera experience and assist with guidance for tourism in the city.

“Pleasant and good location”
Helpful and polite staff. Lovely building with amazing views but a bit dated. Room was dirty under bed and behind mini fridge. Breakfast was ok but not great. Probably would not stay again. Fab central location within easy walking distance to town
